What we do
Real Time Properties offers full property management and tenant support. We understand the pressures involved in dealing with managing your space and know how to resolve them fast, economically, and at the highest standards.

- Check in and check out services. We care about building fabrics and educate tenants on how best to look after their new home. We ensure your tenants know where gas, water and electricity supplies are and how to isolate them. We train them in turning valves, so in that emergency, property damage can be significantly reduced.
Our check in service is friendly and detailed, gaining mutual respect from the tenant so they look after your space. - Support for Tenants. Providing fast response for tenants is important to us. Should issues arise they can be resolved quickly. We hold a stock of spare parts for common problems, allowing us to fix problems fast so that your tenants don’t suffer or get frustrated. We spend a lot of time fixing white goods and training tenants on extending their life, so you get the maximum return on investments.
- Advice for Landlords. After over 20 refurbishment and building projects under our belt, we can advise landlords on the best way to carry out works, or deal with ongoing maintenance issues. We don’t like sticking plasters – we like to get things fixed properly at the correct standard enabling years of trouble-free use.
- Compliance. In this modern-day world, compliance and legislation can be daunting, particularly in commercial and HMO spaces. We have extensive experience in all sectors and can ensure all compliance is met, including management of periodic testing, so you are only doing it when you need to.
- Routine maintenance. Periodic checks are the key to reducing potentially huge bills if small problems are left to fester. We always check and care for your space like it’s our own. We chase down badly run communal management companies, so they keep standards high in the building your space lives. We communicate with councils where needed and advise tenants on noise or other environmental issues.
